Based on my Found in Transition wheel, I am now hosting a new series of workshops called WellWork in various locations. These workshops bring together my experience with systemic and shamanic rituals with the guidance of the four directions.

A ceremonial setting to assist in the connection with what is a part us of and what we are part of. The work focuses on developing abundance consciousness and sustaining Chi, the life force that guides and supports us.
